Lions and Buffalos and Crocs, Oh My!: Battle at Kruger

This is an unorthodox post and not at all snarky, but does have the spirit of sports: After all, the most superior athletes, best teamwork, most intense competition, and the highest stakes take place in nature.

Nat Geo (the National Geographic channel) aired a documentary about the YouTube sensation (over 31 million views as of this morning), The Battle at Kruger. We were so wowed by this amateur safari video—with an ending you have to see to believe—we couldn’t not share it. Nat Geo has the behind-the-scenes info and will air the documentary again on Wednesday at 10PM (EST).
