“Lookit All This Cool Shit” Saturday: Final Fantasy VII Stop-Motion

Okay, this might not be “cool”. It might be “Freaky.” It depends how inappropriate you think Final Fantasy VII stop-motion musical puppetry is. Should humanity be posing and snapping Final Fantasy VII action figures over and over again, or do one of these yaoi-hungry gals (and the occassional dude) have the potential to produce a life-saving serum if they’d put their toys away and put their mind to something worthwhile?
Awww, let ‘em play with their toys.
Here we have the girls of Final Fantasy VII dancing away to Shania Twain’s Damn! I Feel Like a Woman!. Against every pre-concieved notion any person could ever think up about me, I kind of like Twain’s music. I think this is kind of cute, even if the creator’s bias against Final Fantasy VIII is as detectable as fresh dog poop against a dusting of virgin snow.
One more, because I’m sure that’s all you can tolerate:
Here’s…that Sephiroth-type guy who’s not Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children declaring his love for Cloud Strife through Sin With Sebastian’s “Shut Up (And Sleep With Me).” A quick search through YouTube reveals that this song is the #1 Choice of yaoi fangirls, probably for obvious reasons (hint: It’s a song about taking the other bus).
I actually have the first generation of Final Fantasy VII action figures. I think Sephiroth is actually worth quite a bit now. Too bad his arm keeps falling off. Too bad my cat carried Tifa’s head off to some secret cat den.

You know, it’s sad. I have first generation Cloud and Sephiroth still in their packages, but regardless of how much they are worth, I simply can’t part with them.
They could be worth three hundred dollars each and I wouldn’t want to let them go.
That is really depressing when I realize I’m not kidding.
I remember having the choice between buying Red XIII or Sephiroth. I really wish I’d gone with Red XIII. He’s pretentious, but he’s full of awesome tattoos.
