Lotsa Lira for Victoria Beckham to be on Italian TV

The Italians really, really like Victoria Beckham. Here, ”really, really” is best understood as ”they’ve offered her $16M to do a reality show for Italian TV.”
That’s only the most money offered to any TV hostess in Italy.
Why the interest? David Beckham will be on “loan” to AC Milan in the LA Galaxy’s offseason to keep his soccer skills sharp. (Did that underwear ad help inspire Milan to bring the hottie to town?) The fam could go with him and the proposed show would revolve around their day-to-day life in Italy. However, reports have also cropped up that Posh may give Italy the boot, though we wonder if that 16 mil will sweeten the pasta pot.
P.S. Yeah, we know Italy is on the euro now. Lotsa Lira is just fun to say (and type).
Milan lured Beck. Can they lure Posh as well?
