Chandra recieved her kettlebell that she won through my giveaway, and not only does it provide a good workout- its good for cheering her up, too.

Mine’s pretty cute, too. I think a blind date is order.

Ha!! I LOVE IT!! Yours is way cuter than mine. :) A date is definitely in order.
Did yuo notice, with the way the red part goes up the handles abit, they kind of look like little devils??
I know you havent seen the video yet, but the instructor calls them “horns.” i thought that was cute.
maybe i will make him a tail next.
OH too funny.
I do envy the kettlebell though. I wish I could do them/use them.
why can’t you, goober? anyone can do kettlebells. unless you dont have a kettlbell. or hands.
Goober??!!
LMAO.
You make me laugh. I’m tellin ya if we were in the same room… we’d be a hoot.
As for the kettlebells. It’s a limitation thing. I have serious neck problems, nerve damage and cervical stenosis… through pretty much all my C-spine.
So those movements would cause a flare up that I don’t even want to think about.
6 yrs ago when the initial injury happened. I lost muscle mass to my Pec muscle and nerve damage so bad I couldn’t hold a glass a water.
So I stay far far away from any and all movements that even have the possibility of aggravating my neck!
LOL…
Goober…
Apparently I’m not the only one who names inanimate objects. Knowing that makes me feel a lot more normal. Either that or we’re ALL weird. lol.
Nope, even with the smiley face, I’m still intimidated by the kettlebell.
so cute
! He’s like a Teletubby Kettlebell!
The only problem I see is that this 15lb bell is trying to masquerade as the infamous 32kg Red bell from Valery Fedorenko – other than that, swing on baby!
