I saw this at 99lives. I’ve been dying to get an xbox 360 myself. I’m sure there are tons of Mac users out there who also own one of the very few, great Microsoft devices, the xbox 360. They are a bit disappointed that Mac OS X users are left out with some of the online features of xbox live. But thanks to the great folks at Google, there’s Maclive. It’s not the best software out there in the world. A lot of improvements can be made but hey, it’s a step forward ain’t it? Here’s the description from the Google Code page for Maclive.
MacLive is a Cocoa front end to xbox.com. It can provide growl alerts when selected friends come online or when certain games are being played by your friends.
