Make Your Own Mac Icons

Having a background in design I’ve always been fascinated about the icons on Mac OS X and it’s applications. I’ve always found Mac icons so much better than PC counterparts.

So if you’re someone like me who has an interest in Mac icons or icons in general maybe you’d like to take it a step further and create your own. Macinstruct has a short tutorial on how to convert your designs to Mac icons.

This is not a design tutorial but an article to show you how to make icons out of your work. Design skills are required.

    I found this same link on google while searching for a free screencast utility for mac. Turns out to be pretty easy for those familiar with photoshop. You got to be familiar with installing from the mac osx disk though. I needed to install the developer apps for this…
