For Mother’s Day, instead of a coffee at breakfast or brunch, serve your mom a yummy cocktail. A mimosa (champagne and orange juice) is a traditional cocktail for early in the day. For Mother’s Day, try a mimosa with a twist. Here’s a recipe for a Mama Mimosa.

I was served this drink many years ago at a spa, and I’ve loved it ever since.
