Man-tyhose: Manly Or NOT Manly?

In The “Metrosexual” age we live in men can take care of themselves in a way that was formerly known as being feminine. The new term “Man-scaping” is used to describe the way a man shaves, plucks, etc. to make himself neat in appearance. But have we gone too far when a man is allowed to wear panty hose and get away with it?
Seriously. Is there really a need for a man to wear panty hose unless he’s performing in Hamlet on Broadway? I can understand a man shaving his chest, especially if it grows in patterns like mine. Or if he shaves his legs in an attempt to be more sleek and aerodynamic if he swims or bikes, but is there really a need for these so-called “Mantyhose“?
My wife did an article on the Mantyhose over at Sheknowsbest.com. If you’re a male model and you shave your legs but have some cosmetic flaws that would not look good in pictures or on a runway, whatever, then perhaps these could be used as a temporary fix for these purposes. The picture there that shows the ones that are knee-high could be acceptable in my opinion if you’re wearing a dress suit or something, but come on guys. For cross-dressers, yes. For everyday wear in cargo shorts or something, no. A full legged pair of Mantyhose is just plain silly.
This reminds me a bit of the Sienfeld episode when Kramer invents the “Bro”, the bra for men.

You can call them what you want but I think men should wear what they want. The women are the ones that have a problem with it , they wear what they want and if all mens clothes that OK and they don’t think they cross dressing because they are women and its OK
