My husband started his communications business thirteen years ago! On his own! He built his business with hard work, integrity, blood, sweat & tears! Then he got so busy and needed "help". I knew a friend's son who fit the profile. He signed an agreement not to compete if anything happened and he were let go. Business slowed down and he was let go. Then his wife told him to start his own company doing exactly what my husband did. Then this ex-employee went to the businesses my husband dealt with and stole their business from us. It hurts us emotionally. We have never been stabbed in the back like this! What's worse is they see nothing wrong with their business ethics!
