The retirement services division of MassMutual announced on Thursday that they scored an all-time high on a third-party satisfaction test during the first quarter of 2009.

The test showed that more than 85% of their clients rated their service as very satisfied in a number of different areas including MassMutual’s commitment to technology, protection of data, transaction processing and ease of doing business. Their clients also gave the company high scores when it came to believing that financially strong, had good personnel and in overall satisfaction.

“These scores reflect MassMutual’s responsiveness and actions taken based on the valuable feedback we receive from clients,” said Elaine Sarsynski, the CEO of MassMutual International and executive VP of the company’s retirement services division. “This is our ongoing commitment to quality and world-class service.”

With more than 60 years of experience in the retirement planning industry, MassMutual has approximately one million clients.
