Mauresmo Defeats Stosur at Zurich Open

Even with her injured shoulder – which she’s hopefully now fully recovered from – Mauresmo went on to defeat Samantha Stosur 7-6 (4), 6-3. That means the top seed moves on to the quaterfinals of the Zurich Open.

Also qualifying for the quaterfinals so far is Daniela Hantuchova who defeated Ai Sugiyama 7-6, 6,2, Martina Hingis who defeated Nathalie Dechy 6-3, 6-3.
