Maxing Out: Brock Parker Takes Over at WSOP

He’s already handled Daniel Negreanu heads up in Event #14, the $2,500 6 Max Limit Hold’em tournament for his first bracelet. Now Brock Parker has another elusive gold bracelet in the Six Max No Limit Hold’em, Event #19. You read right, both bracelets came in the same game. I think it’s safe to we have a new king in Max Limit Hold’em.
With both wins combined, Parker has raked in $776,433 in a span of four days.

What’s interesting is to read how Raymer, a big time pro poker player, is concerned with turning a profit in the events – not just bracelet or nothing. If you listen to a lot of the mega pros, it doesn’t even sound cashing matters.
