Monday Night Raw Set Up:
William Regal is in the middle of the ring promoting yet another WWE Pay Per View extravaganza. This one takes place in two Sundays and will feature only extreme rules.
Please have mercy on us my liege we pro wrestling fans are not made of money.
Mr. Kennedy is here to defend us impoverished WWE supporters. Er, no. He just wants a fight against Hardy. Regal warns him “The next person to interrupt me will be fired.” Somebody’s music chimes in. Who, who, who is it?
Oh my heavens it’s Vince McMahon. When was the last time we saw him? Churchill Downs? Will Regal fire Vince? It’s doubtful. Vince blathers on about ratings saying Regal cuts viewers. Hasn’t Vince read Wrestling Observer? It’s not Regal sabotaging ratings…it’s Triple H. And Vince isn’t taking the title away from him.
Nevertheless Vince has some firing promises of his own. Regal vs. Kennedy. Loser leaves immediately. Please let it be Mr. Kennedy. Please Please Please Please Please.
