Meme Mondays: Where do you drive?
Yesterday we were at the park (with car at curb) when a grandmother and her granddaughter came peddling in on their bikes. After a few minutes, the little girl asked if they could go to a park clear across town. I could see it all on the grandma’s face. Even though she asked, “Do you think you can pedal that far?” I know she was asking that question of herself. And I saw her take the deep breath that meant she was just going to have to buckle down and do it. lol
I was so impressed. I know if that had been one of our kids they would have asked to bike home and take the car to that park. :p So, this opens our questionnaire for the day (which isn’t really a meme, but who’s counting?) …
