Meme: What’s Your Desktop Like

Last week the VGC’s intrepid Editor Mike Leaño (how also happens to blog, run’n'gun style over at FPS Rantings) tagged me in a meme that’s supposed to shows what a creative wonder I am. He believes that having a look at someone’s desktop gives a person a peek at one’s personality. Going off mine, I must be one of the dullest, drunkest people alive.

I feel the need to explain/defend the use of a standard background. For years I toiled under the clutter and oppression of every cutesy personal photo and hot, hot heat known to man. With the purchase of my new iMac last year, however; I made a vow to myself that I was going to keep my virtual “desk” as minimalistic and uncluttered as possible. So far so good and I actually find that the soothing colour and contemporary swirl make for a relaxing feel to sitting at a desk for hours in your spare time.

All the wine gear? Yeah, well that’s my day job; I make the elixir of life that keeps 50 year old men thinking they’re suave and intelligent.
