pasta with grilled mushrooms and onions; grilled corn on the cob (yes, I know that it’s too early for good corn); grilled burgers (clearly, not new) on grilled toast (kinda new); and, the one I thought was most yummy grilled “potato chips” – really they were more like pan fried potatoes – I saw Paula Deen make something similar on the Food Network – so I thought I’d give it a try – a little labor intensive – but tasty.
