6f2 22 college student. sophmore. legal studies major. does well in school. very attractive. seeking a mentor that can help me get a grasp of the law field. very interested in becoming a lawyer. your sexual orientation is of no bother to me..you can be into the weirdest things as long as your a lawyer i want to have a word with you. i want to meet lawyers with ideas and advice and who could possible help me find a job in the law field where i can get a better grasp of how the court systems work. if this interest you. please reply to me.

Here’s another one advertising for a mentor on Craigslist. I’m not sure i understand this. Are mentors people one finds on a random classified ad board or are mentors people who know you and take you under their wing because they want you to succeed. Also, what does sexual preference have to do with anything? If you’re only looking for someone to help you get a job in law, why mention the sexual preference thing at all?

Someone please mentor this woman. Start with her sentence structure. Teach her how the word “I” requires capitalization and inform her if one is pursuing a law degree it’s in one’s best interests to at least be able to spell words such as “sophomore” and know the difference between “your” and “you’re”.

Before I go, I leave you with this. This woman, the one seeking mentory on Craigslist, hopes to one day practice law. Think about this the next time you hire an attorney.

That is all.

Yeah, I really like the “very attractive” and “you can be into the weirdest things” parts. Somehow, I don’t think she’s really seeking a lawyer for “mentoring.” Unless it’s mentoring you do in the nude.

I think someone is looking for free legal advice/representation, and is willing to make payments of an ‘alternative’ nature.
