Ze Frank, thank you for commenting on my crap-rant (my personal rubric for blogs, especially my own). I will now have to celebrate my own microfame by filming myself doing a shot of Tila and doing the dance of the ColorWars while beckoning the paparazzi to catch me exiting a vehicle on Robertson Blvd without panties.

Having been compared to Tila Tequila, I believe my work is done. It was, in fact, Tila's witty banter and her occasional foray into Actionscript that got me into this racket to begin with. I keep the title of her show "A shot at love" on a post-it above my desk as a reminder of the power of the pun. How about "Let's Be Frank?" (a new show laden with silly and frantic behavior - get it?). Perhaps. A boy can dream, can't he?

[...] Istanbul Metblogs wrote an interesting post today onHere’s a quick excerptMicrofame, micro impact? We had an interesting chat the other day about being ‘Internet-famous’. Two of my favourite b5 bloggers, Colleen Coplick and Tris Hussey, were trying to list off people they thought were truly famous based on their web impact alone. Guy Kawasaki didn’t count (because he was biz-famous and book-famous well before he became everyone’s go-to guy on Twitter) but Dooce did, and so did iJustine and Jeremiah Owyang. (Tris voted for himself, but Colleen and I both vetoed that [...]
