In my previous post I told you how Microsoft is working on patching two flaws in Internet Explorer.

According to Computerworld.com, they are aggressivly preparing a patch for IE in order to release it on or before April 11, the next sheduled date for release of their monthly securtity updates.

“The vulnerability is the third such IE bug to surface within the past two weeks and is considered the most serious because it is relatively easy to exploit.”

According to Microsoft you can avoid this vulnerability while waiting for the update simply by turning off Active Scripting.

Update: Microsoft tests fix for IE bug as exploits appear
