Microsoft has prepared five patches for its software to be released on Tuesday. Included is the much anticipated fix for Internet Explorer.
Three other items are to be patched in Windows and one in Office.
Although many feel it has taken too long to issue the IE fix, Microsoft security program director Stephen Toulouse states; “Our test and engineering plan for that update that we began two weeks ago is on track to have that update ready for Tuesday.”
