Microsoft releases beta Forefront Client Security software

I just downloaded Forefront Client Security. Microsoft requires downloaders to sign in to Microsoft’s download center with a Windows Live registered email address. (easy to obtain: if you have a hotmail.com account, you may already have a Windows Live account). I
I may test it, but I have misgivings about it, based on my disastrous Windows One Care beta test.

Note: Montgomery County Maryland is under a tornado watch through 6 pm this evening. I don’t see any activity yet; crossing my fingers that we don’t lose power if storms ravage my neighborhood. The last big storm felled a huge tall fir tree across my backyard;the tree fell between our house and a neighbor’s. It actually twisted and flew across the yard and landed as if it was guided between our houses. We are so lucky, even though we had to rebuild our fences.
