Microsoft Sues Indiana Man Over "Typo-Squatting"

Microsoft news hit a little bit closer to home today. There’s a Ft. Wayne, Indiana man that was just sued by Microsoft for his practice of “typo-squatting”. This is what happens when people register a domain name very similar to the official name as seen below:

What do you think about this? Should it be legal? Should a company be forced to purchase any imaginable combination of their domain to protect themselves?
