Microsoft Word Click-and-Type

I found this trick thanks to Jason over at Office 12 Watch.

In Word 2000, if you hover the cursor around the middle of the page, you’ll get an alignment icon that will allow you to quickly set alignment without going through the hassle of using the toolbar (Oh my! ;)). I have tried this in Word 2003, but it does not appear to work as prescribed in Office 2000.

Update:
This does in fact work on Word 2003. Just not on my copy at work apparently. Here’s a screenshot (click to enlarge).
