Mike Caro’s 10 Tells on Video

I was a little surprised to see this video awaiting me on YouTube. A 10 minute clip of Mike Caro going over his 10 ultimate poker tells. I think the video is 75% good information, but parts of it I can’t agree with (or at least I would contest). The reason being is I actually have some of these tells, but they don’t mean what Caro would say they do.
One reverse tell of mine is I think I get nervous when I bluff. Now I might not visibly show it, but I do feel a little fluttery when I’m trying to pull off a heist with nothing. I think my nervousness in large part correlates to how long I’ve been away from the game, but I believe I’m much more nervous when I’m bluffing than when I have a monster.
Also, if I’m making a bet and someone starts grabbing their chip stack, I may pause but its usually not because I’m bluffing. When I see someone grab for their chip stack when I’m gathering chips, that is a huge sign to me that they don’t want me betting. Seeing this I may change my bet as I know I have them at this point.
I’ll give Caro due credit here. The video is obviously dated and he mentioned there are exceptions so he may well attest to what I’m saying today, but as it stands I would disagree with some of his assertions based on my experiences. What do you think? Caro’s 10 still stand in general?
