They all have identical pricing, and I do mean identical. I don't know about the chains such as Gentle Dental, but the individuals are the same. I think a lot of health care providers could do well for themselves by offering a cash discount, especially since many consumers are starting to shop around and are becoming more savvy shoppers when it comes to their health -- especially with things like vision (we pay out of pocket for vision as well) and dental.
