Monty Oum\\\\\\\’s short films and other works have been posted and re-posted on the Internet ad nauseum, but there\\\\\\\’s only one Monty Oum and we are amazed at power of his craft. Take the Haloid: Samus Aran versus Master Chief video as an example. To date, the film, first posted by ACEfromRUSSIA on YouTube, has racked up more than 1,828,394 views. That\\\\\\\’s not bad, considering the original high definition video posted by Monty Oum on GameTrailers, well, lags behind at 338,342 views.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nFor the benefit of those who don\\\\\\\’t know who Samus Aran and Master Chief are, and what the heck Haloid is, go check out Haloid: Samus Aran versus Master Chief:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStill in the dark? Okay, okay. Samus Aran is the main protagonist in the classic video game series Metroid. Yes, I\\\\\\\’ve written a few articles on Samus and Metroid in the past month or so. As for Master Chief, or Master Chief Petty Officer John-117, well, he\\\\\\\’s the good guy in three of the best video games of all time, Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, and Halo 3.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nHaloid?
