More ability in Windows Vista Features

In an expected move, Microsoft has included Internet Explorer 8 in the list of features you can turn on or off. Microsoft has pushed Internet Explorer from it’s birth as a free application in their operating system which led to a number of lawsuits and pressure from anti-monopoly agencies.

Does this mean Microsoft is becoming soft? Bill Gates is no longer in the helm and the software giant, and may be taking a step back in their aggressive and monopolistic attitude.
