More on the Symantec-Vista case

As you might know Symantec sued Microsoft last week, claiming that Microsoft is incorporating Veritas storage functionality in Vista. Symantec has asked a U.S. court to order a halt to the development of Windows Vista. Offcourse this is food for another delay but Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer doesn’t expect Symantec’s lawsuit to delay Vista. Asked whether the case would have any effect on the Vista launch, Ballmer told Reuters: “I wouldn’t anticipate any, but that will go to the courts now.”
