According to Mr. Sandless, Inc., their franchise owners offer a refinishing service that is cheaper, cleaner, faster, and even more beautiful than wood floors that are refinished using traditional methods. Their process does not harm the wood, and allows for refinishing where sanding would normally be impossible or permanently damage the wood. Mr. Sandless franchise owners offer complete services in wood floor care, wood floor cleaner, floor maintenance, with a no mess, sandless refinishing, and professional, quality service.
The Mr. Sandless franchise opportunity is a low-investment opportunity that can be started and operated from home. It’s a new franchise, and growing fast. To learn more about the Mr. Sandless franchise program, visit http://www.mrsandless.com or call 1-866-811-WOOD.
The Mr. Sandless franchise was named one of Franchise Market Magazine’s 100 Top New Franchises. To learn more about other franchise opportunities, home-based franchises, or to download articles and information on franchising, visit FranBest.Com.

A New Jersey based franchisee refinished my floors. What a disaster! They literally slopped the finish over the existing finish, left stain all over the woodwork and walls, and the Mr. Sandless president called me a liar. I have the photos…and the floors to prove what a mess they left me with. The court will decide.
A North Carolina based franchisee did the same exact thing to my floors. I am in the process of filing a lawsuit.
Well, I live in Abington Pennsylvania and one of their local franchisee’s did a fantastic job on my home. No smells, no dust, and I had the use of my home that same day instead of having to move out for a week!
What North Carolina franchise did you use? We were thinking about using them, but we may think twice if it is from the same one.
Which Franchise in NJ did you use? We want work done in the Middlesex county area. Thanks for your time.
Thanks!
Which NJ franchise of Mr. Sandless did you use?? I’m researching this sandless and more economical way of getting my floors done, but feeling a little skeptical.
Thanks in advance.
