Murder Trial Coverage on Twitter

The Spokesman Review, a newspaper from Spokane Washington, has been tweeting coverage from the courtroom of a controversial local murder case. The Idaho Statesman is also tweeting the case, but what is of greater interest to me is the way that the two papers are using twitter.
The Statesman is including court coverage in and amongst all the other tweets, but the Spokesman is only tweeting about the case, and is aggregating the content to a blog with more detailed information.
I find it fascinating the way that journalism is evolving and changing with the times. Its still so very rare to see a newspaper really embrace social media, but with the trial coverage, the Spokesman is taking serious steps forward.
