		<description>It has almost become a pet peeve for me to witness the constant &quot;next-big-thing&quot; jumping that many companies and entrepreneurs engage in.  These networking tools are only very effective if they are used consistently and with a personal touch.

But I will go on witnessing the monumental loss of time and resources devoted to each of these &quot;next-big-things&quot; by companies who always scratch their heads and wonder why it never seems to work for them.</description>
