My Summon Night Review by Nadia, Age 6.

I write reviews for Gamepro sommadatime. One of my more recent ones just went up: Summon Night Twin Age for the Nintendo DS.

It’s a solid little game, if unremarkable. Boy meets girl, girl bakes endlessly for boy, humans wreck world, oh dear, boy and girl must do something about it.

I make a crack in the review’s opening paragraph about how inhabitants of hamlets and desert islands always seem to be singled out to Save the World in Japanese RPGs. How do these flavourless pre-heroes end up with their own island paradises? It ain’t fair, damn it!

(Yeah, I guess they do end up getting uprooted a lot, or even watch their parents and home burn up in dragon fire…but I still…you know what, shut up.)
