Cuts For Men, Blitz for Men, Nitro Fitness for Men. Are any of these making it?

The Men’s only concept is struggling even though the need for these facilities is there.

It doesnt seem like it would be that difficult to open an 1800 sq ft club and attract 300 to 400 Men to keep it open. But you eliminate over half the market by being a single sex club. (no women, no family memberships, and no Gym rats) THAT makes it challenging to say the least.
