Mythbusters Collection 4 is now available on DVD. Have you seen this show on the Discovery Channel? It’s really a good show even though, sometimes, I disagree with their methods (I think they can oversimplify things).
This box set includes 12 episodes from the fifth and sixth season of Mythbusters and I promise you’ll be entertained as Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage test out urban legends and attempt to replicate TV and movie tricks.
The gadgets that they come up with are often pretty entertaining and they put their test dummy, Buster, through a lot of abuse. In this collection you’ll see them try to recreate the gizmos that give superheroes their powers and they’ll try to solve the mystery behind the odd pictures from the NASA moon landing (that was an episode that I didn’t agree with but, then again, maybe I just don’t want to accept that the pictures aren’t fakes).
