National Signing Day – Where is Terrelle Pryor Going?

Today has been a whirl-wind of signings and commitment, but one player is remaining undeclared. Today, when all eyes were on the nation’s top recruit, Terrelle Pryor, he announced that he had no announcement. That’s right – Pryor isn’t signing anywhere…yet.
He needs more time.
And you know what? I totally respect that. Moving away to go to college is a big deal. If you make a mistake and choose the wrong school your options are limited, especially as a football player – you can become a recruit again, basically, and try to find a better fit (which means that you’ll end up having to sit out a year), or you can be miserable where you are. The wrong pick can also mean picking a coach that doesn’t help you develop to the best of your abilities or picking a team that never comes through as a team with which you can shine. It’s a major decision.
Additionally, there’s always the chance of a major injury that ends your career (god forbid). If that happens, are you still getting the best education possible? Are you happy with your social life and your academic choices? Not every top recruit goes on to make it big in the NFL. You have to have a plan B.
Pryor has announced that Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, and Oregon are the schools still in the running for him. Part of m
