    Wow! A DIVORCE franchise. Can’t imagine that the Canadian Legal Profession wouldn’t fight this! —unless they are part of it.

    Since there are no details in your article, we can’t know whether this is a franchise just for attorneys, or what? Or, are these lay people who direct clients to take certain actions to facilitate a divorce, etc..?

    Has the franchising of the services of professionals and semi-professionals worked out well for the franchisees and their clients? Look at the Brooke Insurance Mess in this country! Another story in the paper the other day and lots of Insurance Agents have hit the dust.
