New Orleans Awarded 2013 Super Bowl

The city of New Orleans was awarded Super Bowl XLVII in 2013 today at the NFL Spring Meeting. This will be the fifth Super Bowl for New Orleans and the first since the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. The much-deserved economic impact for the city is estimated well over $300 million.
