New Technical Preview Available for Windows Live Writer

One of the tools that has become invaluable to me in publishing posts to my variety of blogs is the Windows Live Writer software that works so brilliantly with WordPress.

There’s a new Technical Preview release available for the software that includes the following features:

• Uploading videos to Soapbox
• new ways to crop images, including tilting and new border styles
• use nice image previewing effects
• now have the ability to center images
• minor changes to toolbar
• use tabs for switching across the different views
• improvements in category management

I’m downloading the installer now and as soon as I get the post published and the new version installed I’ll grab some screen shots and share with you as well.
