Newsbreak: Jamie Gold not a total Donk
So Gold can fold top pair without a sweat. I would have never guessed. He must have not seen his cards right because that dude is weird.
Ok ok, so Gold isn’t quite a Moneymaker and definitely not a Jerry Yang.
Jerry Yang would have said, “Make it One mill-yon.”
Gold’s still a dork though.
Well, to give Gold credit he does talk about what he threw away in the next hand. He tells mike that he folded top pair because he knew he was setting a trap.
It was a good read. I’m not sure what made him know, since its tv, but it was a nice play to see him make.
He had to have picked something up from Mike to get that read. Gold is annoying, but from what I’ve seen from Matusow he gives off a lot of tells.
Agreed. Matusow is a little too expressive sometimes.
