As for the Ravens taking him, I've heard a few rumours that Favre could end up getting traded to them. If that were to happen I highly doubt they'd take Young, but if that's not happening then Young's a possibility, though I don't know if he'll fall far enough for them to grab him. They pick at number 13, and Young could easily go in the top 8. The first three picks are looking like they're going to be Bush, Ferguson, Leinart Hm.
