Ninjas… Pirates… A team?
What happens when you take ninjas and pirates and you put them on the same team? Well, you get a PS3 game called LittleBigPlanet and it looks a little somethin’ like this:
Well, alright… it isn’t EXCLUSIVELY about ninjas and pirates. Apparently you can make your own little creatures that suit any identity crises you may encounter. And not only can you make your own little character, you can also play with your friends in a multiplayer universe with your friends. This game sounds pretty freaking awesome, actually. I mean, the main character, the hero, is a guy named Sackboy. That’s like the best name ever. And if you don’t like the traditional sack look that Sackboy sports, feel free to change it.
Check out the press release storyline:
The LittleBigPlanet experience starts with players learning about their character’s powers to interact physically with the environment. There are places to explore, creative resources to collect and puzzles to solve – all requiring a combination of brains and collaborative teamwork. As soon as players begin their creative skills will grow and they will soon be ready to start creating and modifying their surroundings – the first step to sharing them with the whole community.
Hmmmm, sounds a little Spore-ish, doesn’t it? But, it’s still bound to be fun!
