Nintendo Sues Nyko

Nintendo is getting ready to sue Nyko for their wireless nunchuck controllers, whom Nintendo claims are pretty much ripping off the entire concept of the Wii Remote.
The Nyko version of the controllers feature wireless connectivity between the Wii Remote and the Nunchuck, something that Wii fans would surely appreciate. It’s clear that Nintendo is sweating bullets over the potential popularity of this “improved” version of their controllers.
Nyko is staying silent for the moment, stating that they’ve “not knowingly violated anyone’s intellectual property.” Investigations are underway.
