No Connectivity, No Feeds

Yesterday was a day I’d like to forget. I’ve been having intermittent connectivity problems and my ISP decided (finally) to address that issue. So, while the tech was here I couldn’t do anything. Then he TOOK MY ROUTER and went away! You might wonder why he took it. I was wondering the same thing. Why couldn’t he have left it until he came back with a new one? I guess we’ll never know. And yes, it is a new one – the serial number is different. I do keep records!

The point is – do we depend on the internet too much? I’m thinking that I do because while I was without a connection I thought of a million things I ’should’ be doing and was quite anxious when I realized I could not do them. Internet withdrawl??

Have any of you had this experience? If so, I’d love to hear about it.
