No Hard Drive for Wii

ImageGetting to a point in your Wii gaming where you could really use some extra storage in the console? Well, too bad. Nintendo has zero plans of extending the Wii hard drive to allow for extra storage. In fact, they don’t seem to think it’s a big deal at all that you’re running out of room.

Nintendo of America PR manager, Eric Walter, revealed that Nintendo doesn’t want you storing every single game on your hard drive. They want you to work for your space. They want you to delete games and download them all over again when you want to play them again.

Let’s see how long it takes for them to change their minds. Thank God for third parties.

What do you think of this? Do you want more space or are you content with the way things are?

  1. This is ridiculous, I am sick of Nintendo turning a blind eye to these sorts of hardware issues.

I am secretly hoping that Nintendo keep up this terrible online structure for SSBB. As it will really get people mad and hopefully force them to take notice on these issues.

Ya i need more space on my wii i have about 10 games on my wii and i have about 1000 blocks left and my wii is kinda slow

Well the with out a doubt need to release a HD for the wii i love the system but the lack of storage space will once again drive me away from nintendo.
Cause i can say for damn sure that i will not be getting anymore vc games until they come out with something to give me at least 10 gigs or so of space.
