Notes for the week: Lat49 links with MapQuest, Miss604 and the Vancouver tech meet up scene

A few items caught my eye this week that I haven’t had a chance to blog about thus far. Since the Patriots just finished beating the Jaguars (no cracks about supporting the Seahawks, I’m from Boston remember), I thought I’d just link up a few things here …
From Techvibes I caught that Vancouver software company IDELIX netted a deal (or maybe "mapped out") with AOL to include Lat49 ads (geotargeted) on MapQuest maps (Lat49 press release)
On the Vancouver tech-social scene Miss604 has a great list of the upcoming social events, with a tech connection, for the rest of January.
Victoria has a few good events coming up in the next couple weeks. Maybe not as cool as something in Vancouver, but hey our traffic isn’t as bad (and I think our local beer is better)!
This post as also gotten me thinking of del.icio.us. I haven’t been a big user of it, though I am sharing more things via RSS (here is my shared items feed), I’m wondering if you, fair readers, might like some posts with del.icio.us links every day.
What link sharing technologies do you like and, more importantly, use?
