This modular office furniture is ideal for start-up companies, specially those who are just starting to hire employees.

If you started the business as a one-man band, chances are you got used to taking full control of the operations.  To hand over an important task to a new employee is not always easy, particularly if you built the business from scratch.  Even if you delegate a job, you may want supervision or consultation that everything is in order and up to the standards you have set.

This office furniture provides an informal set-up for a small business with a team of five to six people.  Each staff has their own private workspace, but close enough to interact to the other people in the team.  The team leader can seat at the end desk, so he can closely supervise the rest of the team. To add, his location also makes him easily accessible for quick consultations.

Here is another variation of this modular furniture.  If you need more space, additional tables can be added.  It is very space efficient and can comfortably seat up to six people.  Depending on your business operations, you can allocate the workspace in the center for the staff that does more paper and computer work. The end desks will be ideal for those that use the telephone more often. In case they need to conduct business over the phone at the same time, they won’t be competing with each other’s voices.

If you’re just starting to grow your business, it is best to let your office space grow with the business as well. Once you have strengthened your new team and core business, then you can start expanding to bigger premises as needed by your operations.  Overexpanding early on the business can be financially difficult.  Strategically, it is also best to have a close eye on your business operations until such time that your confident your team can efficiently handle the business operations with minimal supervision.

Moreover, if you will notice even business centres use modular furnitures in their office spaces due to its flexibilty and space efficiency.  To add, it also fosters human intercation creating dynamism within the group, your team and more importantly within your business.
