You opened an online store selling DVD’s and business couldn’t be better. Suddenly, there is a problem with your distribution company and about 35 customers call and email requests for a refund on the same day! You promise a refund, but some are blaming YOU and threatening you with bad reviews or discontinued service. What do you do to defend yourself and your site’s reputation?
