Oh, pretty colors – Resonance Screenshots!

The indy development scene has come through once again! More specifically, the fine folks over at xii games have finally put up some screenshots of their brand spankin’ new project, Resonance. And oh my… does that adventure game look oh so very pretty.

Looks like we’ve got ourselves a lock opening puzzle. That’s got adventure written all over it…

I can almost imagine that stench on that bum… that’s how awesome this game looks.

Now isn’t that exactly what you’d come to expect from an adventure game? You got the mouse pointer that when it has rolled over something, it tells you what it is… you’ve got the older kind of Sierra-esque art style. You got awesome looking adventure characters. You’ve got some puzzles and you even have a subway with a bum in it! Aren’t bums awesome?? And don’t the screenshots make the game seem dark and mysterious? There is definitely a dark ambiance to this game if ever I did see dark ambiance.
