Old Developer Joins New Team

Ahhhhh, isn’t it great when good talent can be hired on to make your team even better? Well, that’s exactly what happened with TellTale Games. According to The International House of Mojo, that’s exactly what happened. Chuck Jordan, who was once a writer/programmer for LucasArts, and who also help create The Curse of Monkey Island, has decided to join the TellTale team to make TellTale an even better company. Apparently, ol’ Chuck has been working on a contractual basis for TellTale, and helped with some dialog on a few of the Sam and Max episodes, but now he’s decided to take the plunge.

Can’t say that I don’t blame him. Hell, if I was offered a job over at TellTale, I’d take it. But the only thing I’m good for is throwing stuff at, so I wouldn’t really be able to contribute too much. Unless of course you LIKE throwing stuff at people. Then I’m your gal. I mean, yesterday, here at work, my boss threw a lawn dart at me. It’s still in my forehead, but man, did it give my boss joy to do such a thing.

I told you I’d grow up to be something dad!

You can read more about Chuck here at his blog, which is called Spectre Collie and has a picture of a collie that is apparently a ghost. That’s kind of cool. Apparently he’s working on some top secret game that everyone knows about. I’m quite not sure what that means, but it definitely sounds cool.

Can’t wait to see what weird and zany stuff that Chuck comes up with.

Hey Chuck, could you fancy a Full Throttle sequel? LucasArts pulled the plug on the official sequel, but maybe you guys can do something about it. :)
