I would if I were you despite the cost-saving factor of selling it... There's something special now about the "original" Macs and they still work pretty well (I'm sure you know. :) ). I still have my 3G iPod and when I do get a new one, I promised myself I would keep it for sentimental reasons (and as a backup disc,haha.) Just my two cents.
